A throwback to one of my first digital collages

Sell Art OnlineThis is a throwback to one of my first and favorite digital collages, Maine Moonscape, which now resides in a private collection. It is based on all of the textures and imagery from one of my favorite places on earth (Moose Pond in Bridgton, Maine, to be specific). Yes, there are more exciting places! But there's something about the sound of the loons, the waves, the leaves rustling on a hike, and the memory of the joy I feel being in this place.

This is a replica of the original digital collage, which was composed of various photographs shot in and around the area, carefully layered and adjusted in Photoshop to create an entirely new landscape while retaining the memory of the whole. The image was printed with UltraChrome ink on specialty film, and transferred to an artist panel.

It is now available on Fine Art America on prints, canvas, metal, and more, including accessories and home decor.
